This dress is called "Georgia" by Israeli designer Galia Lahav as part of the "Victorian Affinity" bridal couture collection, her most premium line. Georgia is a princess ballgown with a corset top embroidered with 3-D flowers and an ivory skirt with a Victorian Rose pattern made of pearl caviar sequins.
