This was my dream dress for our wedding day!
As stated, the dress is lace, off-white/cream colored, with applique and beading around the waist/bust area. It has a sheer neckline with an insert in the front to make it less see through – this can be removed if you prefer for you big day. While it is long sleeve, the sleeves are a light lace material with applique down the length of each arm. For the length of the dress, I had it made so that it was floor length and could wear sneakers with the dress – I’m not sure that you could wear heels unless you are under 5’6”. Since the dress is custom, I have listed specific measurements below for reference:
Shoulder to shoulder: 18 inches
Shoulder to floor (w/ shoes over fullest part of breast): 59.5 inches
Under bust: 38 inches
Shoulder to nipple: 11.5 inches
Shoulder to waist: 19 inches
Hollow to neck: 5 inches
Neck: 15.5 inches
Armhole: 19 inches
Sleeve length: 23.5 inches
Biceps: 15.5 inches
Wrist: 6.5 inches
Sad to part with this dress, but my hope is that another bride has the chance to wear it for her special day!
Alterations: Adjusted applique on sleeves, removed 2 layers of lace/tulle in the skirt, added the insert in the front bodice/neckline area.
