I fell in love with the Berta 15-107 for my art-deco/Gatsby wedding and had to have it, but not for 10,000. I had this dress made for me and in my opinion it is much better quality (fabric and seams) than many others I tried on in stores, including another Berta gown.
My measurements are as follows (I am usually between a 4-6 street size):
bust 36 inches
waist (natural) 30 inches
hips (fullest part) 39 inches
This has a 3 point bustle sewn in and has been dry cleaned. I wore a nude body suit during the wedding as the top is sheer. I received so many compliments at my wedding! It is such a unique and sparkly gown it looks more like a work of art. It has a ton of hand sewn beading throughout as well as detailed lace. There is no damage from wear the day of the wedding, minus the few beads that are lost but not noticed in most beaded gowns. I am sad to see it go but so happy I have all of these great pictures to remember it by.
The mid section does not stretch as much as the other parts as it is a tighter, almost belt-like bead work. As it is a long-sleeved gown you will want to make sure your arms will fit comfortably as well. The arm measurements we used were as follows:
Shoulder 12 3/4 inches
High point shoulder to waistline: 17.5 inches
