Note: This dress has not been drycleaned/preserved. Slightly dirty along the hemline. All dirt marks are easily removable, which can be attained by a professional dry cleaning service. There are no stains on dress. The veil/blusher is in perfect condition.

Listed are the only noticeable flaws on the wedding dress :
- MINOR DIRT MARKS ALONG BOTTOM HEMLINE. See photos. No other dirt marks or stains noted anywhere else on the dress.

- SOME MISSING BEADING. There is subtle pearl/beadwork throughout the entire dress. About 95% of that beadwork is still intact, but some of it did come off. See photos. Since the beading/ pearls are so subtly placed on the dress, the missing ones are almost unnoticeable.

- ONE SMALL TEAR. There is a 5 inch tear located on the bottom of the dress on the lace layer, which is shown in the photo attached. Easily fixable.
