“Beaded lace mermaid gown with a double layered top and an accentuated scalloped hem.” I absolutely loved my wedding dress which was so flattering, unique, and most importantly comfortable! This dress is made with allover scalloped lace with just the right amount of hand beaded sequin sparkle. There is a nude underlay + bodysuit that gives this gown an extra fashion forward look.
My favorite part of this dress was the scalloped lace peplum around the waist. I’m a retail fashion buyer so it was important for me to have a unique wedding dress, and this detail set this style apart from any of the other gowns I tried on. It was love at first sight!
I also added a skinny belt which is made of Japanese silver lace encrusted with clear crystals, tiny seed pearls, and silver Swarovski stones. In my opinion this belt made the dress! However, belt can be easily removed if desired. Link to belt:
This dress is a Galia Lahav/European size 40. I am a true size 4 with a 27” waist and 34C bust. I am 5’5” and wore a 3 inch heel.
This dress fit me pretty perfectly from the get go, however I did take the bodice in a touch. The lace has a lot of stretch (so comfy!) so it is an easy fit for most that fit this size. Bust and waist can also be altered without a problem.
I bought this from The White Dress brand new in 2018 and was only worn once on my wedding day. It has been professionally dry cleaned.
I will also include my veil free of charge with this listing. Veil is shown in picture attached and is 85 inches long.
