The Gia dress is part of Galia Lahav's haute couture collection and is made-to-order according to my measurements, not ordered by a size chart. It is a perfect sheer strapless corset dress, with a silk tulle skirt adorned by beaded and crystal encrusted dramatic appliques. This dress is romantic, sexy, etherial, and made me feel like the ultimate princess bride without having to be in cliche ballgown. It is super flattering on and just sparkles from every angle! I only wore the dress for pictures before the wedding and the ceremony and changed into a satin gown for the reception, although if I were to do it again I would have stayed in the Gia all night long because it was so much more comfortable and completely weightless! The Gia comes in a blush/nude color which is the sample they had in the store and it was too dark in my opinion (almost grayish), I wanted to look like a true bride, so I ordered it in ivory; however, it is a stunning warm ivory and not "white".
I had a religious ceremony so I had a custom made Galia Lahav bodysuit with the same applique made to cover my shoulders, cleavage, and back that looks like it is part of the dress when worn together. And I also have the matching 10ft silk tulle veil with a blusher for an additional cost.
